Kazpar GmbH founded

We are pleased to announce that Kazpar GmbH has been established. With this formation, we are creating the structural foundation for building a transparent and accessible platform for alternative investments. The company is registered in Germany and is represented by its managing directors, Mr. P. J. Visser and Mr. J. Meiner.

The operational launch will begin in the German market with selected real estate projects. Looking ahead, we intend to gradually expand our offering to additional European countries, including, among others, the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Italy, Portugal, and Austria. Our objective is to make cross-border investment opportunities within Europe more accessible.

In addition, we plan to broaden our offering over the medium term to include further asset classes. These may include sustainable projects, alternative tangible assets, and, prospectively, investments in early-stage companies. Any expansion of the platform’s scope will be carried out in full consideration of applicable regulatory requirements.

Kazpar aims to design investment processes that are clear, transparent, and easy to understand, both for experienced investors and for those new to alternative investments. Alongside thorough project assessment, we place particular emphasis on accessible information, transparent risk presentation, and structured communication regarding project status.

Our vision is to establish Kazpar as a trusted European player in the field of alternative financing over the long term.
