Today, we purchased a shelf company in Germany named Mainsee 1547. V V GmbH. The reason for buying a shelf company lies in speed, as it is faster to acquire a shelf company and change its name, address, and business activity. The company was purchased from Foris, a publicly listed company in Germany.

The company’s name will be changed to Kazpar GmbH, and the address will be registered at Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage 56, 60322 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, at the office of the company administrators, Greenfields. The managing directors of the company will be Mr P.J. Visser and Mr J. Meiner.

Kazpar GmbH will work with Effecta GmbH, which is regulated by BaFin and operates under the MiFID II regulatory framework. More information will follow once the agreement with Effecta GmbH is signed.
