Kazpar GmbH signs agreement with Effecta GmbH

Today, we officially signed the securities brokerage agreement with Effecta GmbH. This means that Kazpar is authorised to operate under Effecta’s MiFID II licence and offer its users financial instruments such as stocks, commodities, debt securities, futures, options, exchange-traded funds, and currencies.

We now need to wait for Effecta to inform BaFin so our company can be added to their register. Once this is done, we will, of course, inform everyone.

We also need to ask Fininly to start integrating Effecta’s API, as Effecta must approve each project before it can be published on the Kazpar platform.

This is another step towards establishing an alternative financing platform, and we look forward to working with Effecta.
